FINAL Fundraising:)

Since we are within a few weeks of traveling, we are trying to raise the remainder of the money needed for us to bring our boys home & to sustain our home while we are away and not working. Since we are adopting a second child there are a few additional expenses that are needed. So here is where we stand:

• $2400 Charlie & Levi's tickets HOME:)
• $675.00 Levi's USCIS fees
• $2500.00 Misc. expenses

• Carseats x2

We were submitted, however ONE document had to be REDONE... So, it has been redone & we are waiting for approval & then to get it apostilled. Praying this will be IT!!!! And we can get our travel date. Please pray with us.... Totally dying to see these little faces.

Submitted!!!!

We have officially been submitted to the SDA!!! YAY!!! We should have a travel date in 2-3 weeks. Woo Hoo!!!

Calling ALL Prayer Warriors...

Tomorrow our dossier will be submitted to the SDA in Charlie & Levi's country. Please be praying for everything to be perfect & that we can get a travel date soon!!!!

So today we are in the WAITING stage... Still waiting to hear when our dossier will be submitted now that they have ALL the documents for both Charlie & Levi. We are also in the final few weeks of fundraising. We are so excited that Levi & Charlie have so many fans & that they are so willing to bless our family & both the boys by having a fundraiser. Yay! Here's what we know we still need by the time we make our second trip to bring them home.

• $2000 Charlie & Levi's plane tickets HOME:)
• $100 Levi's Medical exam
• $360 Levi's Visa
• $670 for Levi's I600 application
• $200 for 2 carseats

Fredricksburg & Friends

OKAY... So apparently God had other plans for me today. My car decided to break down 2hrs from Austin. Thank goodness our good friends live in Fredricksburg and I am able to hang out and have a long over due visit. The best part of the whole thing, I got to ride in an old rundown farm truck with an 83yr old man, with no AC & talk about God & all the thing He's done in my life recently. So sweet of him to go out of his way to make sure I was safe & get me off the side of the road & out of the HEAT!!!! He was quite a blessing & I made sure he new that. Lol Please pray that the car can be fixed easily & I can get to the Secretary of State office in the morning when they open at 8:00am:)

Levi's CSP

Please pray for me as I travel to Austin Thursday to apostille & then fed-ex Zhora's (Levi's) CSP. This form states that we are also asking to adopt him along with his brother Charlie. We also were somehow missing a form that states that Sid uses several names (ie. Sid, Sidney) and so that will be included as well. Then pray that the documents travel safely via Fed-ex to Charlie & Levi's country. We are Oh So Close to being submitted!!!! Yay!!!!

Grown in Mommy & Daddy's HEART!!!

When we initially committed to make Charlie part of our family, we also asked to commit to another sweet little boy. We soon found out that another wonderful family had choosen to be his forever family. We were so incredibly happy for that little guy, but super heartbroken that he would not be coming home with Charlie. So after receiving our Homestudy(which approved us to adopt 2 children), and our approval from USCIS (which approved us to adopt 2), we have continued to pray about whether or not God was leading us to bring 2 boys home! So finally, confirmation!!! Yay!!!! I love it when God drops it right in your lap!!! So through tears of joy I type these words knowing that another sweet heart will never step one foot in an institution and that he will have his very own "Forever Family" These two little ones will have more LOVE, HUGS & KISSES than they know what to do with. They have truly grown in their Mommy & Daddy's hearts!!!! Welcome to your FAMILY Charlie & Zhora(Levi)!!! In a matter of weeks we will be holding BOTH of you in our arms.....
